Set on a 170 acre upland livestock farm, 5 miles north of Dunfermline, with magnificent south facing views of the Forth Valley and the Pentland Hills including Edinburgh Castle.
The cottage comprises a double bedroom, a single/twin room, fully-fitted kitchen, bathroom and lounge/dining room. Patio doors lead out to a conservatory from the lounge. There is also a large South facing garden/play area and adequate parking.
The cottage is approximately thirty minutes from Edinburgh, Stirling, Perth and Kirkcaldy, being only two miles from the M90. Among the attractions within a 10 mile radius are Knockhill Racing Circuit, Townhill Waterskiing Centre, Lathalmond Bus Museum and Deep Sea World beside the Forth Bridge. St.Andrews, famous for its golfing and beautiful beaches is 40 minutes away.
